What we collect

We collect the business information you send us or that is publicly available (business name, phone, email, service areas, public reviews), plus payment details processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To build your preview and website, to contact you about our service, to bill you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting) and Google Workspace (email). We do not sell your information.

Marketing emails

If we contacted you by email, it is because your business email is publicly listed and our message relates to your business. Reply "stop" or email us and we will not contact you again. We action requests within 5 working days.

Website enquiries

Quote requests sent through your Novoweb website go straight to your inbox. We do not use them for anything else.

Access and correction

Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
