What we provide

Novoweb designs, builds and hosts websites for trade businesses. The one-off setup fee covers the design, build and set-up of your website on your domain. The monthly plan covers hosting, SSL, security updates and small text or photo changes.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is made online through Stripe. The monthly plan is billed automatically each month from the date of your first payment.

Free preview

We may build a free preview of your website before you buy. There is no obligation to purchase, and unused previews are deleted.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your website before it goes live, tell us by email and we will refund the setup fee in full. Once the site is live, the setup fee is non-refundable. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and no partial refunds are given. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellation

If you cancel the monthly plan, your website is taken offline at the end of the paid period. On request, we will send you a copy of your website files.

Your domain and content

Your domain stays registered in your name. You confirm you have the right to use the logos, photos and text you send us. We do not change your email settings.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep your website online and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular number of enquiries.
